As you know, I have been serving as the Helpdesk while Dr. Carroll is out. The Helpdesk email has a large number of requests that are over 2 weeks old, most of which I hope that I have been able to resolve. I would like to start with a clean slate, so if you have a request that has not been responded to, please resubmit your request to the Helpdesk and I will respond to you in a reasonable time.
